German chartered flight To Fly Gambians Back Home 

A German based Gambian who wish to be anonymous has disclosed that according to reports, a German chartered flight is expected to fly Gambians back home today as the German Police for the past days were hunting undocumented Gambian migrants for possible deportation and noting that there is a chartered flight deportation scheduled for today (24 May 2023 )for The Gambia.

“The deportation was scheduled for on the 21st May but it was later changed for on the 24th May” he disclosed 

He further confirmed that Gambians will on Saturday, May 27 demonstrate in Stuttgart against the deportation of Gambians from Germany.

According to the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, there are 16,000 Gambians in Germany; 70% are in the region of Baden – Württemberg. 

It stated that 4240 Gambians have no longer the right to stay in Germany and will get deported.

The European nation has been deporting undocumented Gambian migrants over the past years.
