BCC Launches A Digital Revenue Digitalization 

The Mayor of the Banjul City Council this afternoon Launched a digital Revenue Digitalization for the collection of the Council’s revenue at her office in Banjul.

She outlined that the system will be used for collecting all the revenues of the Banjul City Council (BCC);  from rates, the markets and taxes as she said she deem it necessary to make the revenue digitalized 

“everyone knows the essence of digitalization, hence going from analog to digital, the process is all the same and there is nothing different as the only difference is that we are moving from analog to digital.” She said.

She assured the Banjulians that they are going to pay exactly what they have been paying at the market and the only interest for her council is that it will help them receive alerts, maximised revenues and also to fight fraud.
